Seal Inserting Machine 77-SI-00


This machine was developed for inserting one or several seals simultaneous.

All main components are mounted on the massive ground frame:
The movable operation panel with all control elements as well as the electronically switch box together with SPS.
The transport rolls on both sides as well as the guide rollers guarantee exact profile guidance through the inserting units. The whole guidance unit can be adjusted quickly and easily to a new profile.

Different seals can be inserted on top and on the bottom with this machine. Furthermore profile rods with a length of 6m as well as profile pieces up to 0,5m can be processed. The seals are cut automatically on profile inlet and outlet. The run through speed can be adjusted infinitely.

The FUX seal inserting machine can be integrated in a production line at any time and therefore there is no own operating staff necessary.
