This model variation allows the double side lamination of a Profile in one working step. With the machine profiles made of plastic, PVC, wood, metal and aluminium can be coated on both sides simultaneously with foil and lamination films as roll product. The continual check of the profile, foil and adhesive temperatures always enables control of quality and consistency of the lamination process. The synchronization control of adhesive supply, roll and primer pump to the production speed guarantees minimum primer and adhesive use and the highest product quality.
