Combined with the automatic foil slitting machine is no manual cuting of the foil necessary. The foil is cutt fully automatic after the lamination machine and the profile only must be stacked into the container. This model variation allows the double side lamination of a Profile in one working step. With the machine profiles made of plastic, PVC, wood, metal and aluminium can be coated on both sides simultaneously with foil and lamination films as roll product. The highly loadable mechanical version guarantees a long life. The machine is equipped to a professional level and the high quality standard of the end product is ensured by many machine features. The continual check of the profile, foil and adhesive temperatures always enables control of quality and consistency of the lamination process. The synchronization control of adhesive supply nozzle and primer pump to the production speed guarantees minimum primer and adhesive use and the highest product quality. The FUX exchangeable cartridge system of the whole pressing zone enables shortest changeover times.
