The FUX spacer bending machine was developed to fully automatic bend warm edge spacer bars. The required width and height of the spacer frame is entered into a touch screen display. The bending process then runs automatically; all 4 corners of the frame are bent in one pass of the machine and the finished frame can then be removed. The machine will also process a 3 corner bend utilising a gas corner key. This machine is suitable for both special sizes and as a production machine for serial sizes linked to common glass processing software.
