external pre melter 83-LMP-27

This  melting  device  was  developed  for  melting  PUR  Hot Melt adhesives in 18 kg barrel format.
This model variant features easy operation for both production and cleaning. The special coating of the melting surface area as well as the  efficient  “easy  clean  system”  is  the  guarantor  of  the highest production capacity.
The  pre  melter  has  a  melting  capacity  of  approximately 20kg/h and is therefore the ideal addition to profile laminating machines in series production.
Because of the integrated plc - control this pre melter can be used not only at FUX laminating machines, but can also be used at almost machines from other manufactueres.
