This model is equiped with roller aplication unit and type was developed especially for the lamination of profiles that require a continuous support during lamination. This is achieved through the belt drive system whereby the machine is virtually predestined for processing soft, flexible profiles. For sure also big stable profiles can be processed.
With this machine profile of plastic material, PVC, wood, metal and aluminium are laminated continuously with foils and laminatable materials from a roll product using PUR hot-melt glue.
The robust mechanical construction of the machine guarantees a long production life.
The shortest set-up times are guaranteed by using hand wheel adjustment for the central bed width. The good dosing possibilities of glue and primer enable a high economic efficiency and an excellent quality of the end product.
