seal inserting machine 75-SI-00 "Brush Type Seals"

This FUX seal-inserting machine was developed for inserting "brush type seals". This machine was especially developed for applications where the profile is fixed onto machine bed and the seal is inserted from one end and pulled through the profile by the insertion head.

This allows us to feed in T shaped hard foot seals in gasket pockets where insertion from above is not possible. The seals can be inserted in PVC, aluminium and wood profiles. Depending on customer request more than 1 seal can also be inserted in one profile at the same time. According the customer needs the machine can handle 1 - 7 m profiles.
