PLATE MELTER 83-LMP-SERIES

The FUX plate melters were developed for melting PUR hot melt adhesives in 20 and 200 kg containers.

The model variants impress with particularly simple operation for production and cleaning.

The drum melter series was developed for customers with smaller production batches as well as for customers with increased adhesive requirements.
The adhesive is enclosed absolutely airtight in the drum. This means that the adhesive does not suffer any loss of quality even if it remains in the premelter for a longer period.
Depending on requirements and configuration, the premelter has a melting capacity of 20 to 60 kg/h, making it an ideal addition to profile wrapping lines.

The plate melters are also available with their own control system, which means that they can not only be used on FUX wrapping lines, but can also be retrofitted on almost all third-party lines.
