EXTERNAL PRE MELTER 83-LMP-229

This melter was developed for melting PUR hot melt adhesives in 200 kg containers.
The model variant impresses with particularly simple operation for production and cleaning.
The 200kg drum melter series was specially developed for customers with increased adhesive requirements - either for wide "windowsill" systems (up to 1500mm or wider) or for multi-shift operation with 300mm standard systems.
The adhesive is sealed absolutely airtight in the drum. This means that the adhesive does not suffer any loss of quality even if it remains in the premelter for a longer period of time.
Depending on requirements and configuration, the premelter has a melting capacity of up to 60 kg/h and is thus an ideal addition for profile wrapping lines in series production.
Due to its own control system, this premelter can not only be used on FUX wrapping lines, but can also be retrofitted on almost all third-party lines.
