External Pre Melter 83-LMP-19

This melter was developed for melting PUR hot melt adhesives in 20 kg containers.
The model variant impresses with particularly simple operation for production and cleaning. The barrel melter series was specially developed for customers with smaller production batches, as in this version the adhesive is enclosed absolutely airtight in the barrel with the stamp. This means that the adhesive does not suffer any loss of quality even if it remains in the premelter for more than a week.
The premelter has a melting capacity of approx. 20kg/h and is therefore an ideal addition for profile wrapping lines in series production.
