With this automatic FUX seal connecting machine it is possible to connect EPDM seals together. The advantage of our bonding method is that the seal remains elastic and compressible in the connected corners and does not become hard as it would from the usual welding of TPE and soft-PVC seals.
The process takes approximately 30 seconds depending on the seal geometry. All four courners are made in one cycle.

With the automatic FUX seal connecting machine, seals which were cut in mitre on the FUX seal cutting machine are connected to a complete frame (up to 4 corners) in one production step.

This NEW operation has been applied for patent by FUX.
